Submission Guidelines
  • Please indicate whether you are submitting an extended abstract or full papers.

  • Please note that if you opt for submitting an extendeds abstract at the beginning, it will not be considered for full paper presentation at a later stage.

  • Before submitting your paper, please give your paper a final read-through to ensure it fulfills thes format and paper-length required.

  • Please kindly note that when you submit papers for review, the authors’ information has to be blinded in the title, the contents and the references. After the paper is being accepted, you will be required to submit the final version of the paper with the author information displayed.

  • Submissions must not be published previously. Authors are invited to sign and return the copyright agreement when their papers are accepted.

Full-Paper
  • Language: English or Chinese

  • Length: 4-6 pages (including references)

(For the full paper written in Chinese, please also include English title and English abstract.)

  • Remarks for Full-Paper Submission:

- Accepted full-papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISSN.

- Please download the full-paper guidelines and templates for your reference and use.
